Cracker Candy

Ingredients
White chocolate chips, about one small bag
40 saltine crackers
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick unsalted butter
Chopped pecans and dried cranberries
Cover cookie sheet with foil. Spray with cooking spray. Place the saltine crackers to fully cover the base of your cookie sheet. Bring butter and sugar to a boil in a small pot. Pour over crackers. Bake at 425 degrees until bubbly, about 3 minutes. Take out and sprinkle with white chocolate chips. Let sit for a few minutes, then spread with a nice sprinkle of pecans and dried cranberries. Slightly push them into the melted white chocolate. Freeze for about 20 minutes, then take out and break into pieces.
