Guava and Cheese Empanadas

Ingredients
14-ounce package, 10 count, of Goya® Discos, thawed
6 ounces Kraft cream cheese, cut into 10 small pieces
6 ounces guava paste, cut into 10 small pieces
1 large egg white
Cooking spray
Spoon about 2 teaspoons cheese onto center of each empanada disc. Place 2 pieces guava paste on cheese, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Brush egg mixture around edges of each circle. Fold empanada disc over filling; press edges together with a fork or fingers to seal. Place empanadas on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Brush tops of empanadas with remaining egg mixture. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Bake 17 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Dig in!
