Pastelón de Amarillo (Ripe Plantain Pie)

Ingredients
5 ripe plantains
1/2 cup hot milk
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons wheat flour
3 cups meat filling, any kind you like: chicken, turkey, shrimp, ground or cut into small pieces
Cook ripe plantains and mash them together with butter and hot milk. Add eggs, flour, salt and baking powder. Divide into two parts. Grease baking dish and add half of the mashed plantains; add the meat filling and cover with the other half of the plantains, like you are making a lasagna. Bake in oven at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 7.
