Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken OR 1 10-ounce can chunk chicken
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ¾ cup homemade buffalo sauce (or bottled)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese + ½ cup for topping
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except last ½ cup of shredded Cheddar cheese. Pour into a medium baking dish. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup of shredded Cheddar cheese on top of dip. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with baguette bread or celery.
