Flan de Queso

Ingredients
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pound sugar
  • 3 or 4 drops of white vinegar

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the two cans of milk, cream cheese, vanilla extract and eggs in a blender. Heat the sugar and vinegar in a pan and mix until it melts. Pour the melted sugar into a round glass ovenproof dish, and allow it to cool and harden. Once the sugar has hardened, pour the mix on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let it cool down to room temperature for 1-2 hours. Flip the flan over a serving platter and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
