Christmas Salad

Ingredients
  • 8 Golden apples, peeled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 can pineapple slices, plus the juice
  • 10 pecans, coarsely ground
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 handful raisins
  • Maraschino cherries

Cut the apples in 1/2-inch squares. Cut the pineapple in 1/2-inch triangles and mix in with the apples. Mix in nuts and raisins. Add the cream, the pineapple juice, and condensed milk. Do this slowly so it does not become too watery. Mix everything together and refrigerate before serving. Decorate with maraschino cherries. Serves 6.
